Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, in other words, you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with labels and in its original packaging, for its return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returned items will not be accepted unless the return has been requested in advance.

Damages and problems
Please review your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perished products (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have someone asking or having doubts about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items offered or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you are looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a purchase apart from the new item.
Reflection period of 14 days from the European Union Without prejudice to the previous one, if the merchandise is sent within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a period of 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. Just like in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, without using it, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and will inform you if the refund or refund has been approved. If you decide, it will be automatically reimbursed to you in your original form of payment within 10 working days. Remember that the bank or the entity issuing the credit card may take some time to process and make the refund effective.
